Q. Does your group represent me
or someone else?
A. Our legal obligation is to you, our client.
Each client gives us this authority, in writing, prior to actual
home/property viewing.
Q. Are there any financial incentives
for working with the Colorado Relocation Group?
A. Yes! Financial savings for you! Our Group has negotiated
special financial incentives for our clients. In almost all cases, other
brokers are unable to match these incentives. At the closing of your real
estate transaction, you will receive reduced closing costs. The exact amount
will vary from transaction to transaction. However, in most cases the minimum
amount to be credited for purchaser's closing costs is $800. Your interest
rate or closing cost will not be increased to offset this incentive
Q. Are home inspections required
in Colorado?
A. No. However, general home inspections
are both advisable and affordable. Some people mistakenly believe
that an appraisal (which is required if the purchaser is not
paying cash for the home) is a home inspection. We will explain
the differences between the two when we meet.
